Do you offer eggless cakes?
Yes! Almost every cake on our menu is available in both egg and eggless variants. Just choose "Eggless" on the product page before adding to cart.
How do I place a custom cake order?
Head to our Custom Cake Request page, fill in your occasion, flavour, weight and design details, and submit. Our team will get back to you with confirmation and pricing.
What are your delivery charges?
Delivery is FREE on all orders above ₹999. For orders below that, a flat ₹49 delivery charge applies.
Which areas do you deliver to?
We currently deliver across Delhi NCR, with same-day delivery available in select areas for orders placed before 3 PM.
How can I track my order?
Once logged in, go to "My Orders" to see live status for every order — from Confirmed all the way to Delivered.
What payment methods do you accept?
We currently accept Cash on Delivery (COD). Secure online payments are coming soon.
Can I change my password?
Yes. Log in, open your Profile, and click "Change Password" to update it anytime.
My cake arrived damaged — what do I do?
We are sorry! Please contact us within 24 hours with a photo and we will make it right as quickly as possible.
