All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. Once placed, you will receive a confirmation email. We reserve the right to decline or cancel an order in exceptional circumstances, in which case any amount paid will be refunded.
All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (₹) and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. Prices and offers may change without prior notice.
We currently accept Cash on Delivery (COD). Online payment options may be added in the future. Payment status for each order is shown in your order details.
Custom cake designs are made to your specifications and may vary slightly from reference images due to the handcrafted nature of baking. Custom orders may require advance notice and partial confirmation.
Standard orders may be cancelled before preparation begins. Custom and perishable items may not be eligible for cancellation once production has started. Refunds, where applicable, are processed to the original payment method.
You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure. Only active accounts may sign in. Any misuse of the platform may lead to account suspension.
